Cindy Sheehan, peace advocate and independent candidate for Congress, will speak on "The Peace Dividend" at a campaign fund raiser sponsored by the Green Party of Monterey County. Sheehan, who lost her son Casey in the war in Iraq, is an outspoken critic of the Iraq conflict and will talk about her campaign to upset Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D) in the 8th Congressional District. Come and hear Cindy speak on a variety of issues important to the Bay Area and Central Coast.
