TOM COURBET, Founder of SAVE R VOTE, is active nationally on opposing electronic vote counting. He is organizing a coalition of activists against Sequoia Voting Systems, used in 20 CA counties, including Monterey. Tom is former Chief Financial Officer for Riverside County.
